Filing Phase (30-60 Days)

File with the American Arbitration Association

Once we file, we present an initial offer to settle to initiate dialogue.

Response Phase (30-90 Days)

Prepare for Litigation/Hearing

This phase averages 6 months to get a hearing (this number will go up and down depending on volume of cases on their docket)

We still do offers during this time to try and settle.

Settlement Phase (30-90 Days)

If a settlement amount is agreed to – the check is to be sent out within 30 days of settling

We handle check review

We do bi-monthly check drop offs or mailing
